Evidence at Work: Success Stories from Federal Investments in Education Innovation

How can we leverage federal investments in education innovation to expand opportunities and improve outcomes for all children? Is it possible to scientifically assess what works to drive student achievement and increase outcomes and opportunities for children and youth? How can we use data and evidence to build capacity for what works so that all children receive the education they deserve? How can we ensure that investments lead to successful outcomes?
Sarah Sparks from Education Week will lead a discussion with representatives from three development and two validation grantees of the Investing in Innovation (i3) program who will share the results of the independent evaluations of their grants and how they use successful, innovative solutions to address persistent challenges in our education system.
