White Plains Since 2000, collaboration with the School District of White Plains has helped increase student literacy achievement. CLI provides continuing professional development in kindergarten through second grade.

Philadelphia In collaborabion with the school district, CLI has established more than 50 Model Classrooms in K - 3rd grade classrooms and is establishing 40 more through a federal i3 grant. 65 Head Start classrooms in the city use CLI's Blueprint for Early Literacy curriculum. Also providing services to charter schools and Catholic sschools in the region.

CLI's Blueprint for Early Literacy is being used in more than 70 Washington pre-kindergarten classrooms in public schools, charter schools, and Head Starts.

Since 2004, CLI has raised funds to offer on scholarship our intensive 4-day Institute to Teach For America teachers who have finished their first year in the classroom. This popular training, provides specific, high-impact literacy strategies to help children become readers, writers, and thinkers. Interviews with 4 attendees can be seen on YouTube.

Since CLI's inception in 1988, we have worked with Head Start agencies across the country - from New York City to Los Angeles, from the Montana Indian reservations to the Virgin Islands.

CLI has provided teacher training, collections of children's books, and Blueprint for Early Literacy to schools on the island.
